Making A Purchase
In order to purchase from us you are required to Login. If you are a new customer, you will be required to enter your name and address etc. when you open an account with us and also to fill the username and password fields, this is stored so that your details will be auto recalled for your future orders.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Solo, Maestro and Delta cards.
Delivery Schedule
We offer free UK delivery on all products. Orders received by 2pm are normally despatched the same working day. We use Royal Mails First Class Post Service. For the majority of deliveries, however, with larger orders, a next day courier service may be used. This means you usually get your items the next day but as First Class Mail is sometimes delayed. If your goods have not arrived after 4 working days (excluding weekends), please contact us. We aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 days if the goods are in stock. Any goods not available from stock at the time of order will be shipped at the first available opportunity, normally within 3 working days.
Irish/European/ Worldwide Postal Charges
All orders outside of the British mainland will incur a delivery charge of £12.50.
Tax Charges
All prices shown are including VAT which is currently charged at 17.5%.

If you look at the address of the payment page you will notice that it begins with https://. This means that it is on a Secure Server and all transactions that take place are encrypted between your browser and the server. Nobody is able to obtain your credit card details nor other information.
Of equal importance is the security which surrounds the payment system. By making use of up to date systems we believe that we have the most sophisticated and secure on-line trading system available. It allows us to safely process your credit card payment with the banks, and complete the financial transactions securely behind protected secure firewalls.
No personal or financial details are left unencrypted on remote servers, and sensitive details are never sent by email.

In the unlikely event that you do have any problems with any of our products, you should contact us immediately. If you need to return an item please refer to our Returns Policy.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less any postage costs. Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 days from receipt of your order to return any goods for a full refund, provided they are returned to us as new.
If you have been delivered a faulty or incorrect item you also have the right to return these. Please contact us by email on sales@southerncartridges.co.uk so that we can assist with any issues you may have, otherwise return any items with a note detailing your order number and problem to:

We recommend that you send items by registered or insured post, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
